This website is dedicated to the memory of our brother, Richard David Castillo ("Che").
For over 24 years, as admission counselor and then director of admission at his Alma mater, St. Mary's University, Che helped thousands of students in their transition to college life and beyond. The genuine care and concern he had for his students, and the guidance he provided them, affected their lives long after they left the University.
Che was proud to be a member, and later moderator of Sigma Beta Chi Fraternity. He was a devoted mentor and father figure to hundreds of young men through his association with 'the Sigmas'. He will be dearly missed by all who were touched by his life.
